With over 15 years of experience as a career executive assistant, Lillian has mastered the art of organization, event planning and problem-solving. She eventually met Min on the job and enjoyed working with him for years before eventually tapping him – a brilliant project manager himself – to help with her own wedding coordination, proving the start of a beautiful partnership.
On the day of Lillian’s wedding, guests assumed Min was already a professional wedding planner, as he was so on top of things and squared away. Plus, with a background in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Min is an expert in fostering supportive, welcoming environments, and will work tirelessly to ensure your wedding is no exception.

With over 15 years of experience as a career Executive Assistant, I’ve mastered the art of organization, event planning, and problem-solving—skills that naturally lend themselves to wedding planning. Through my work, I met Min, a brilliant project manager and consultant, and we instantly connected over our shared love for logistics, strategy, and making things happen.
When I got engaged, I made the bold decision not to hire a wedding planner or coordinator. I had my timeline set, my vendors booked, and my vision mapped out. My plan? Hope for the best and stay relaxed no matter what.
Then, two weeks before my wedding, Min called to check in. As I told him my plan to just “hope everything goes smoothly,” he immediately jumped in:
